Today I ran the best race I could have run, considering all things (training, weather, overall feeling). And my Garmin time was so close, it was too hard to tell if I had made my PR or not. I figured I missed it by 1 or 2 seconds.
So I kept checking the web for the results. Luckily they post fairly quickly..
I managed a 10K PR (by 3 sec) - 1:03:57
Found a new Max Heart Rate - 190 bpm
A full report hopefully later!!
