If not, maybe I can do the 3K fun run with my daughter. We will be there either way because I think hubby is running so perhaps we can hook up! :-)MarathonChrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11514736136940315768noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33154635.post-11513699569351570212007-02-06T20:53:00.000-05:002007-02-06T20:53:00.000-05:00I agree with Terry er... Your plan of attack sounds like a winner!

How does this affect your race schedule?

I was looking forward to seeing you at the Outback Distance Classic ;-)Maddyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05542368231175080980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33154635.post-83295735090715216702007-02-06T13:57:00.000-05:002007-02-06T13:57:00.000-05:00Excellent news about the diagnosis/plan of attack....Excellent news about the diagnosis/plan of attack. You'll knock it out! When I had pulled my quad really badly in 2001, my PT had the same plan of attack. Of course, my injury precluded running right away, but I had homework to stretch and exercise it in between her beating and shocking the hell out of it... later that year I had my marathon PR time!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14622921805056352269noreply@blogger.com
